Coverage gaps by account
Accounts ranked weakest first. “Covered” is the share of checklist questions the contract actually answers — the rest are silent, and silence sits as risk with us.
Contract register
| Reference | Type | Client / Entity | Effective | Expiry | Status |
|---|
Anonymised demo extract. Figures are computed in-page from synthetic register data.
Financial clause register
COLA, performance metrics & KPIs, minimum guarantee, indemnity and FX adjustment — read from the clause extraction, with the contract wording behind each value.
| Account | COLA | COLA rate | Perf. metrics | Min. guarantee | Indemnity | FX adj. | Liability cap |
|---|
Tip: select any row to see KPI thresholds, the minimum-guarantee basis, indemnity exclusions, SLA credits and penalty caps for that account.
Indemnification
Who carries the cost when something goes wrong — indemnity cover and the carve-outs that quietly push that cost back to Sample Service Provider.
| Account | Indemnity | Carve-outs | What the clause covers |
|---|
How to read this: Indemnity means the contract names a right to be indemnified. Carve-outs means exclusions were found that limit it — those are the ones to challenge. Select any row for the contract wording.
Reward & penalty
What the portfolio can earn on performance and what it can lose — with the contractual ceiling on each, usually expressed as a share of monthly invoice value.
| Account | Reward | Penalty | Bonus | Maximum penalty |
|---|
How to read this: a penalty with no matching reward is a one-sided position — the account can lose value on performance but cannot gain it. Select any row to see both caps, the bonus basis and any staffing-ratio penalty.
Termination
How either side gets out, how much warning we receive, and what is recoverable when they do — including force majeure relief.
Termination position by account
| Account | For convenience | Client notice | CNX notice | Exit fee |
|---|
How to read this: the highest-risk combination is a client convenience exit with a short notice period and no exit fee — revenue can stop quickly with nothing recoverable. Select any row for notice terms and both fee directions.
Liability exposure register
This block compares each assessed agreement's limitation-of-liability position. It ranks contracts by weighted risk, shows the stated liability cap and insurance cover, and highlights whether carve-outs create an open-ended or poorly bounded exposure. Use it to identify agreements that need legal review, stronger caps or better insurance alignment.
| Reference | Account | Liability score | Liability amount / cap | Good fence | Risk band | Clause detail | Insurance cover | Status |
|---|
How to read this: a high liability score combined with a large or uncapped amount, weak carve-out fencing, or insufficient insurance is the priority concern. Select any agreement row to review its risk drivers, clause wording, cap basis, insurance position and recommended action.
Obligation radar
A forward-looking control queue of contractual actions due within 90 days, sorted earliest first. It helps owners act before notice windows, renewals, SLA commitments, pricing events or evidence deadlines are missed. Select any entry for ownership, source clause, timing, status and evidence details.
How to use this: select an obligation to review its accountable owner, trigger date, notice lead time, source clause, escalation level and evidence. The calendar groups the same actions by due date.
Tip: highlighted dates carry an obligation. Select one to see what is due.
